This project was successfully completed within programme and under budget.
The scope of the project included refurbishment of the existing cat facilities to include a new reception building and a cattery annexe extension, increasing capacity by 15 cats, along with laundry rooms and food and prep areas, all whilst the client was still in occupation.
The new cat sleep and run ward is an exemplar project in terms of design and finishes and will be used as the new CP standard for all new centres. The works included a new manager’s office, storage facilities and garage block next to the managers house, as well as associated soft and hard landscaping and new refuse storage facilities.
